the said Florence Garrett and her safely to convey to

Hongkong and there deliver her over into the custody of the

Chief Magistrate of Police, or other Officer of His Majesty

there lawfully acting as such, together with this Warrant; and

you, the Chief Magistrate of Police, are hereby required, in

His Majesty's name, to receive and detain the said Florence

Garrett, in accordance with 112th Section of the China and

Japan Order in Council 1865.
